How do I start my return?

You can start your return by clicking on the link above to access the return portal.

Returns will only be accepted through our online return portal.

What is your return policy?

Returns must be delivered to our warehouse within 21 days of the delivery date for a full
refund, less shipping fees. Product must be new, unworn, and unwashed with original
tags. All protective liners must be intact. Orders placed between November 21 and
December 24 may be returned until January 14. A restocking fee of $15 will be applied
on all returns. We do not accept returns for "Final Sale" goods. 

Do you offer exchanges?

Please initiate a return and place a new order for the item that you would like to receive.

What is your returns refund turnaround time?

We try to process your return as fast as possible! Once it's been delivered to our
warehouse it can take up to 14 days to process. Upon approval, your refund can take
around 2-7 business days to reflect, depending on your banking partner.
